The Process

1: Discovery

We want to get to know you and your business, so we'll have a chat to understand what you need and what you're expecting. Feel free to ask us any questions you have!

2: Research

Now it's time to dig a little deeper. We'll research your industry, competitors, and customers to get a better understanding of your business and its goals.

3: Concepts & Revisions

It's time to get creative! We'll come up with initial design concepts based on your information and our research. You'll get two rounds of revisions on any designs, so don't be shy about sharing your feedback.

4: Development & Sign off!

Once you've chosen your favourite design concept, we'll start working on the final design. If you haven't used up your revision allowance yet, you can still make changes at this stage. Once everything is finalised and signed off, you'll get the final design!
